In a kitchen we pull cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, appliances, flooring, soffits and drywall, and cap and protect plumbing so nothing leaks while the space sits open.

We protect the rest of the house: floor coverings on the walk path, dust barriers, and careful handling around the finishes you're keeping. All debris leaves the property with us, so there's no dumpster sitting in the driveway for weeks or bothering your HOA.
