We remove sheetrock and plaster, flooring and underlayment, cabinets and countertops, plumbing fixtures, trim, doors, and non-load-bearing walls. Where the plan calls for keeping a staircase, beams, windows or finished areas next door, we protect them and work carefully around them.

In occupied homes, condos and commercial spaces, we keep dust and noise contained, protect floors and pathways, and haul debris out the same day so the building stays usable. In high-end Park City and Deer Valley homes, that care matters as much as speed.

When we're done, your framers, plumbers and electricians walk into a clean, open shell, not a mess they have to clean up before starting. That's the point.
