Wasatch Demolition ·

What interior demolition is
Interior demolition means we gut the inside and leave the structure standing. It's the first step in most remodels.
Things we commonly take out:
- Drywall and plaster
- Flooring and underlayment
- Cabinets and countertops
- Sinks, tubs, toilets and other fixtures
- Trim, doors and non-load-bearing walls
Anything you're keeping, like stairs, beams, windows or a finished room next door, gets protected.
Step 1: Walkthrough and quote
We go over what's coming out and what's staying. Text a few photos to (801) 232-5041 and we can get you a quote faster.
Step 2: Permits and HOA
Lots of Park City homes and condos have HOA rules about work hours, parking and common areas. Jeff handles the permits and coordinates with your HOA so the job doesn't stall.
Step 3: Demo day
The crew protects floors and walkways, keeps the mess contained and hauls the debris out to our trailer. If you're living in the home, or neighbors share a wall, tell us up front and we'll plan around it.
Step 4: A clean, open space
When we leave, the debris is gone and the space is ready for your framers, plumbers and electricians.
